Celebus Foundation Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"), a corporation established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), complies with the Virgin Islands Data Protection Act, 2021 (hereinafter "BVI DPA") and has established and disclosed this Privacy Policy to protect Users' personal information and to promptly and efficiently handle related grievances. In addition, the Company respects the relevant requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to Users residing in the EU/EEA.

Article 1 (Purposes of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company shall implement necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent.

1. Membership Registration and Management

Personal information is processed for the purposes of confirming membership registration intent, identification and authentication for membership services, maintenance and management of membership status, prevention of fraudulent use of the Service, various notifications, and grievance handling.

2. Service Provision

Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing Fandom Quest, Raffle, Voting/Boosting/BIVE, Fan Page, Game Services (Prediction Market, Trivia, Daily Question), content provision, customized service provision, and identity verification.

3. Blockchain Wallet Management

Personal information is processed for the purposes of BIVE (NFT) and Celeb Token management, wallet creation and authentication, and management of digital asset transaction records.

4. Payment Processing

Personal information is processed for the purposes of Celeb Point purchases, Game Point conversion, and fee settlement for paid service usage.

5. Marketing and Advertising

Personal information is processed for the purposes of providing event and promotional information, analyzing service usage statistics, developing new services, and providing customized services.
