Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Celebus Foundation Ltd. (hereinafter "Company"), a corporation established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (hereinafter "BVI"), and Users in connection with the use of Celebus, a blockchain-based fandom platform, and all related services (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

"Company" means Celebus Foundation Ltd., a corporation established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI).

"Service" means the Celebus platform and all related services accessible to Members regardless of the type of device (PC, mobile, etc.).

"User" means Members and non-members who use the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

"Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, and who can continuously use the information and Service provided by the Company.

"Digital Assets" is a collective term for the following means used within the Service:

• Celeb Point: Virtual points used for voting, boosting, purchasing BIVEs, etc. within the Service.
• Celeb Token (CELB): A BEP-20 standard utility token based on BSC (Binance Smart Chain) issued by the Company.
• BIVE: An ERC-721 standard NFT (Non-Fungible Token) that can only be transferred within the Celebus platform and is restricted from external withdrawal.
• Game Point (GP): Dedicated points that can only be purchased with Celeb Token and are used for game services within the Celebus platform.

"Wallet" means a blockchain-based digital wallet for storing and managing BIVE and Celeb Token held by the User.

"Boosting" means the act of using points to support a specific artist (idol), which is reflected in the bonus ranking calculation.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen or connected screen of the Service so that Users can easily access them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations.
